Richard was participating in Utah's "Fast Pass" Rally.  The rally allow participants to have their way on an open stretch of highway for 20 minutes.  The highway is blocked off by Utah Highway Patrol and costs $5,000 to enter.

During Richard’s turn on the highway, control was lost at nearly 100 mph and the Enzo was totaled.
